What to Expect
This isn't a class — it's a conversation. Each session is led by Alba Lucia Thomas, MS, IBCLC, and covers whatever you're dealing with right now. Latch problems, supply worries, pumping at work, sleep, bottle refusal, weaning — nothing is off the table.
